Bobbie Ward is the Office and Operations Manager for LBMC Employment Partners, LLC.

Bobbie’s strength lies in problem analysis, systems administration, process definition, and problem resolution. She serves as systems point of contact for the Evolution software platform (payroll tax processing) and the online enrollment tool (available to PEO employees when electing benefits).

In addition, she represents Employment Partners supporting the Tax Outsourcing arena, and manages employees responsible for the distribution center (mailroom), payroll clerk, and reception areas.

Bobbie has worked for LBMC Employment Partners for over six years.  She has been instrumental in the design of systems supporting the PEO community, and has worked with service providers (Cigna, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Liberty Mutual, etc.) to insure systems are in place to support seamless enrollment and coverage.

She also has fifteen years’ experience as a business analyst in the areas of global problem resolution, client retention, and systems support.

Her background includes roles in marketing, training, and leadership development.

Community Involvement

Bobbie volunteers her time to mentor others in the area of Employment Skills including interviewing, resume design, and life modification to meet long term goals.

As a writer, she also serves as chair (and co-founder) for an international forum of women writers – The Circle of Sisters.  The group, formed in 2005, sponsors contests for aspiring writers and boasts membership in seven countries.

Outside the Office

Bobbie is a published author of five books.  Her latest, “The Messenger” is a collection of poetry, reflections, and memories.  She enjoys reading, telling stories, and helping others.

A native of Tennessee, Bobbie lives in Murfreesboro with her husband, Jay.  She is blessed to have a large and loving family with most living no more than thirty miles away.
