Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility of Referred Company
To qualify for a referral payment, the referred company (“Client”) must execute a fully signed and enforceable contract for the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) service line.
Minimum Employee Requirement
At the time of onboarding, the Client must employ a minimum of ten (10) active employees under the PEO arrangement.
Referral Payment Amount
The total referral payment shall not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) per referred Client, regardless of contract size or duration.
Payment Timing
Referral payments will be issued ninety (90) days following the Client’s first completed payroll, provided all eligibility requirements have been met.
Active Status Requirement
The Client must remain in good standing and active status at the time the referral payment is processed. No referral payment will be issued if the Client is suspended, terminated, or otherwise inactive prior to payment issuance.
General Conditions
All referral payments are subject to verification of eligibility criteria and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, in its sole discretion.
