How It Works for Independent Contractors

Understanding the Structure of Physician Solutions, LP

Because you are classified as an Independent Contractor (IC), you must be set up as a partner in the legal entity, Physician Solutions, LP, to access benefits offered through the PEO relationship. All partners are required to make an initial investment. That investment will be used to offset the cost of your benefits each month.

STEP 1

Join Physician Solutions, LP, through a legal contract and payment of a capital contribution. The legal contract provides an employment platform through which group benefits can be provided.

STEP 2

Complete basic information as a partner in Physician Solutions, LP, and enroll in benefits.

STEP 3

Through your ongoing relationship with Physicians Solutions, LP, receive ongoing assistance for all your personal and family benefit needs.
